professional research makes the difference

If we have contacted you it is because we have identified you as a potential beneficiary or family member in a case we are researching. We understand that to be approached and told you may be a beneficiary in an estate of which you have little or no knowledge may cause you to question whether or not such an enquiry is genuine, so we are happy to provide legal, commercial and client references. We may request you to confirm details of your family link, and if you are an entitled beneficiary we may ask you to provide identification. Whenever possible we will try to arrange an appointment to either visit or meet you to tell you the origin of your legacy and to confirm the correctness of our family research. You will never be asked for any form of payment. Our fees are negotiated from the estate, and we do not receive fees or costs in the unlikely event of an unsuccessful claim.
