You may be contacted if you have been identified as a potential beneficiary or family member in a case we are researching. We understand that to be approached may cause you to question whether or not such an enquiry is genuine, so for your security we are happy to provide legal, commercial and client references. We may request you to confirm details of your family link, and if you are an entitled beneficiary we may ask you to provide identification. In probate related cases you will never be asked for any form of payment as our fees are negotiated from the estate administrators.
